About the Role

Endurance Aire is seeking a motivated HVAC Installation Crew Member to assist with residential and light commercial HVAC system installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, straight cool systems, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Assist with duct modifications, refrigerant line installation, drain lines, and electrical connections.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow installation procedures and company quality standards.
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
Assist with job site cleanup and disposal of old equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

About the Company

Required Qualifications

1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
