The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing HVAC system installations, leading installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews.
Install complete HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning.
Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers.
Complete job paperwork, photos, and installation documentation.
Communicate with customers professionally throughout the installation process.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory.
Identify and report any jobsite issues or additional customer needs.
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
About the Company
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong knowledge of heat pumps, straight cool systems, air handlers, package units, and ductwork.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
