Requirements

Required Qualifications

HVAC experience preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

About the Company

Responsibilities

Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections.
Check thermostat operation and system performance.
Inspect electrical components, wiring, capacitors, contactors, and relays.
Check refrigerant pressures and system operation.
Inspect and clean condensers and evaporator coils as needed.
Flush and clear condensate drain lines.
Replace or clean air filters.
Inspect blower components and overall equipment condition.
Identify potential issues and report repair recommendations.
Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer homes.
Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
