Requirements

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

About the Company

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, straight cool systems, air handlers, package units, and mini-splits.
Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues.
Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers.
Complete service reports, invoices, and documentation accurately.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Recommend maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, surge protectors, and system improvements when appropriate.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
